Shipping policy

 

 Camflite will conduct test flights to ensure that all systems of the Products are working properly. Once the Products have been flown and their flightworthiness is demonstrated, they will be shipped to the Buyer in a fully operational state. All Products will be insured for $10,000 and shipped via FedEx ground, unless the Buyer and Camflite agree otherwise in writing. The risk of loss or damage passes to the Buyer upon delivery of the Products to the shipping carrier. Alternatively, the Buyer may arrange for in-person pick-up at our location in Green Brook, New Jersey.

The delivery dates mentioned are merely estimates, and Camflite will inform the buyer of any expected delays in delivery. However, if the delay is caused by any unforeseeable circumstances or if the buyer fails to provide adequate delivery instructions, Camflite cannot be held liable for it.

"When shipping to any country outside the United States, the buyer is responsible for any importation fees and fulfilling any requirements related to the importation process."
